The room was nice and neat. I had a superior double room. The air conditioning worked well. Breakfast had a wide selection of food.
The entrance was full of smoke. Guests smoked near the entrance. Parking created a constant pile of cars blocking the entrance.

The room offered a nice view of the square. barista-made coffee was available during breakfast. the staff provided excellent support in getting to the airport despite a major city event. I appreciated their help. the hotel's location was very convenient for accessing city center attractions.

i stayed at this hotel recently and found several aspects particularly commendable the location provided easy access to skanderbeg square museums and parks this made exploring very convenient the staff was consistently cute helpful efficient and professional their service enhanced my stay the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness and upkeep throughout i definitely noticed that.
the parking situation could be improved as there was sometimes a pile of cars blocking the entrance however this was a minor inconvenience.
